In Saturday's league game, the Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME) football team overcame the host Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME), by a tally of 30-14.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) in a B South game, on Friday, October 11. Massabesic will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 27-8 non-league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME).
The Blue Blazes (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Deering (Portland, ME). The Rams enter the B South game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Deering fell by Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME), 41-0, in a league game.
