The Regis Ramblers felled the visiting Stanley-Boyd Orioles football team by a score of 35-25 in Saturday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Ramblers face the Neillsville/Granton Warriors (Neillsville, WI) in a Cloverbelt challenge, on Friday, October 11. Regis will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 48-12 non-league loss to Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL).
The Orioles (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Elk Mound (Elk Mound, WI). The Mounders go into the Cloverbelt challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Elk Mound lost by Mondovi (Mondovi, WI), 35-12, in a league challenge.
