The Archbishop Alter Knights soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Wyoming Cowboys to 0 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Knights now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Fairmont for a non-league bout on Monday, October 7. Archbishop Alter will play a Firebirds squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Springfield (Springfield, OH). The Firebirds record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Wyoming moves to 4-9 on the year. The Cowboys host Lebanon (Lebanon, OH) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Monday, October 7. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Lebanon won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Turpin (Cincinnati, OH)
