With the triumph, Teays Valley advances its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Logan (Logan, OH) to clash with the Chieftains in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye test on Tuesday, October 8. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 6-5. Logan won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against John Glenn (New Concord, OH)

The Scotties now have a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coshocton for a Muskingum Valley test on Tuesday, October 8. Tri-Valley will clash with a Redskins team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH). The Redskins record now stands at 9-6.
