California High School Football - Redwood sneaks past Casa Grande

October 5, 2024: Larkspur, CA 94939

The Redwood Giants football squad scored 9 points and limited the visiting Casa Grande Gauchos to 7 in the Giants league triumph on Saturday.

The Giants now hold a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tamalpais for a test on Thursday, October 10. Redwood will meet a Red Tailed Hawks squad coming off a 20-18 league win over American Canyon (American Canyon, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Casa Grande drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Gauchos host Justin-Siena (Napa, CA) to meet the Braves in a test on Friday, October 18. The Braves come into the test with a record of 1-4.
