The St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings walloped the host Holy Cross Knights football team by a score of 40-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Vikings play the St. Francis Prep Terriers (Fresh Meadows, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. St. Joseph-by-the-Sea will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Terriers go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 30-16 non-league win over Moore Catholic (Staten Island, NY).
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY). The Titans go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Holy Trinity was crushed by Xaverian (Brooklyn, NY), 21-6, in a league bout.
