The Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) soccer overwhelmed the host Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL), 7-0 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Redwings now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Naperville Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 8. Benet Academy will encounter a Redhawks squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Redhawks record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Nazareth Academy moves to 5-9 on the year. The Roadrunners host St. Rita (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Monday, October 7. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 2-12.
