Catasauqua Rough Riders (Catasauqua, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), 3-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Catasauqua advances its record to 4-13 on the campaign. The Rough Riders travel to Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA) to clash with the Tigers in a Colonial test on Monday, October 7. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 16-0. Northwestern Lehigh won 4-0 in their recent league test against Wilson Area (Easton, PA)

The Panthers now have a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palisades for a Colonial test on Tuesday, October 8. Saucon Valley will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lehighton (Lehighton, PA). The Pirates record now stands at 8-8.
