Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Perkiomen Valley nudges Delaware County Christian

In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Perkiomen Valley Vikings soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Delaware County Christian Knights.
The Vikings (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Methacton (Norristown, PA). The Warriors go into the Pioneer outing with a 3-11 record. In their last outing, Methacton was edged by Haverford (Havertown, PA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Knights play the Calvary Christian Academy Cougars (Philadelphia, PA) in a Bicentennial - Constitution outing, on Tuesday, October 8. Delaware County Christian will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 10-2 record after their 6-0 league loss to Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA).
