The Norborne Pirates softball squad (Norborne, MO), was routed 11-7 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting North Harrison Shamrocks (Eagleville, MO)

With the triumph, North Harrison improves its record to 4-15 on the year. The Shamrocks travel to Mercer (Mercer, MO) to face the Cardinals in a non-league contest on Monday, October 7. The Cardinals enter the contest with a record of 4-8. Mercer lost 13-3 in their recent non-league test against Tri-County (Jamesport, MO)

The Pirates (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Polo (Polo, MO). The Panthers go into the Class 1 District 13 test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Polo was routed by Trenton (Trenton, MO), 7-3, in a non-league test.
