The Buckley Bears volleyball team scored 1 points and restricted the visiting Northern Michigan Christian Comets to 0 in the Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bears now have a 19-7 record. They play next when they host Suttons Bay for a Northwest outing on Thursday, October 10.

With the loss, Northern Michigan Christian drops to 9-12 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Evart (Evart, MI) to play the Wildcats in a Highland outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 9-10. Evart lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Montague (Montague, MI)
