In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Fonda-Fultonville Valley Hawks.
The Blue Streaks (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Hudson Falls beat Schuylerville (Schuylerville, NY), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Valley Hawks meet the Oneonta Yellowjackets (Oneonta, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Fonda-Fultonville will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record.
