Arizona High School Volleyball - Horizon tips Mater Dei

October 5, 2024: Scottsdale, AZ 85254

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Horizon Huskies volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Mater Dei Monarchs.

The Huskies (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Colts come into the non-league challenge with a 18-10 record. In their last challenge, Casteel edged Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Monarchs meet the Santa Margarita Eagles (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in a Trinity challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Mater Dei will attempt to upgrade on its 28-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 15-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ).
