New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, New Trier improves its record to 16-3 on the season. The Trevians travel to Huntley (Huntley, IL) to encounter the Red Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Red Raiders go into the test with a record of 12-3. Huntley won 2-0 in their recent league test against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL)

The Hilltoppers now own a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nazareth Academy for a East Suburban Catholic test on Tuesday, October 8. Joliet Catholic will encounter a Roadrunners squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 2-20.
