The Oelwein Huskies volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Kee Kee Hawks to 0 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Huskies now have a 12-13 record. They play next when they travel to Postville for a non-league outing on Monday, October 7. Oelwein will play a Pirates team coming off a 3-1 league win over Kee (Lansing, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-15.
With the loss, Kee drops to 0-18 on the campaign. The Kee hawks host North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA) to play the in a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. The go into the test with a record of 14-6.
