Kansas High School Volleyball - Norton tips Wheatland-Grinnell

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Norton Bluejays volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks.

The Bluejays (19-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Scott (Scott City, KS). The Beavers come into the non-league challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Scott Ulysses (Ulysses, KS), 0-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Thunderhawks meet the Dighton Hornets (Dighton, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Wheatland-Grinnell will attempt to upgrade on its 16-9 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Triplains/Brewster (Brewster, KS).
