In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica Seawolves volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Providence Pioneers.

The Seawolves (19-6) will now prepare for their challenge against de Toledo (West Hills, CA). The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 9-11 record. In their last challenge, de Toledo lost by Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers play the Westridge Tigers (Pasadena, CA) in a Prep challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Providence will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 12-12 record after their 3-2 league win over Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA).
