The Powdersville Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pendleton Bulldogs to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Patriots now have a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carolina Academy for a AAA Region II game on Thursday, October 7. Powdersville will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Blue Ridge (Greer, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-5.
Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC) in a AAA Region I challenge, on Thursday, October 7. Pendleton will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC).
