The Donoho Falcons football squad scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Talladega County Central Fighting Tigers to 18 in the Falcons league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Garden for a 1A Region 6 battle on Friday, October 14. Donoho will face a Panthers squad coming off a 28-14 non-league win over Pleasant Valley (Jacksonville, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 8-1.

Coming up next, the Fighting Tigers face the Ragland Purple Devils (Ragland, AL) in a 1A Region 6 battle, on Friday, October 14. Talladega County Central will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Purple Devils enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 38-8 league win over Winterboro (Alpine, AL).
