T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), 18-16 in a non-league game.
The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Erwin (Asheville, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Erwin was tipped by A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC), 10-0, in a non-league game.
The Cougars now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host McDowell for a game on Thursday, October 13. Asheville will battle a Titans team coming off a 24-6 non-league win over Enka (Enka, NC). The Titans record now stands at 6-1.
