The Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI) football defeated the host Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI), 24-14 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Norsemen face the Sterling Heights Stallions (Sterling Heights, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 13. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record.
The Spartans (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Port Huron (Port Huron, MI). The Big Reds enter the non-league bout with a 4-0 record.
