In Thursday's non-league match, the host Hough Huskies football squad scored a big 42-0 victory over the West Charlotte Lions.
In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 13. Hough will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Mavericks enter the match with a 6-0 record after their 27-6 non-league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC).
The Lions (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Chambers (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league match with a 4-1 record.
