North Carolina High School Football - Robinson smashes North Stanly

The Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) football routed the host North Stanly Comets (New London, NC), 42-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals come into the non-league game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Union Academy was trounced by North Stanly (New London, NC), 20-10, in a non-league game.

The Comets now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Stanly for a non-league game on Thursday, October 13. North Stanly will battle a Rowdy Rebel Bulls team coming off a 50-0 non-league win over Albemarle (Albemarle, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls record now stands at 3-4.
