The Westover Wolverines football team (Fayetteville, NC), was knocked off 22-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC)

The Jaguars (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Harnett Central was knocked off by Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC), 30-28, in a non-league challenge.

The Wolverines now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Terry Sanford for a challenge on Thursday, October 13. Westover will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 30-28 non-league win over Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
