The Granada Matadors volleyball team (Livermore, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA)

The Grizzlies (14-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Monte Vista (Danville, CA). The Mustangs enter the East Bay challenge with a 19-4 record. In their last challenge, Monte Vista defeated Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Matadors meet the Dublin Gaels (Dublin, CA) in a East Bay challenge, on Tuesday, October 11. Granada will attempt to move on its 6-12 season record. The Gaels enter the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA).
