South Dakota High School Volleyball - Elk Point-Jefferson over Tri-Valley

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD) and the visiting Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD), saw Elk Point-Jefferson's volleyball squad beat Tri-Valley by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Elk Point-Jefferson upgrades its record to 14-8 on the year. The Huskies host South Sioux City (South Sioux City, NE) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 6-15. South Sioux City lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Millard South (Omaha, NE)

The Mustangs now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Baltic for a A Region 3 bout on Monday, October 10. Tri-Valley will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-5.
