Nebraska High School Volleyball - Shelby-Rising City over Giltner

In Thursday's league contest, the Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE) volleyball squad were winner over the host Giltner Hornets (Giltner, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Huskies battle the McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE) in a Crossroads contest, on Thursday, October 6. Shelby-Rising City will attempt to better on its 16-7 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 7-14 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Heartland Lutheran (Grand Island, NE).

With the loss, Giltner moves to 6-15 on the year. The Hornets travel to Elba (Elba, NE) to battle the Bluejays in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 8. The Bluejays go into the contest with a record of 5-12.
