The Hialeah Thoroughbreds topped the host South Dade Buccaneers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Thoroughbreds now have a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunset for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 11. Hialeah will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Coral Reef (Miami, FL). The Knights record now stands at 4-6.

The Buccaneers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Homestead (Homestead, FL). The Broncos enter the non-league test with a 0-10 record.
