In Thursday's league battle, the host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lakeview Lakers.
The Knights (19-2) will now prepare for their battle against Murray County Central (Slayton, MN). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Murray County Central achieved victory over Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Lakers clash with the Canby Lancers (Canby, MN) in a Camden battle, on Tuesday, October 11. Lakeview will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 11-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN).
