In Thursday's non-league contest, the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights (Tuscaloosa, AL) volleyball squad were winner over the host Paul W. Bryant Stampede (Cottondale, AL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Pleasant Grove Spartans (Pleasant Grove, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 11. Tuscaloosa Academy will attempt to better on its 15-8 season record.

With the loss, Paul W. Bryant moves to 1-16 on the year.
