Pennsylvania High School Football - Scranton Prep defeats Abington Heights

In Friday's league test, the host Scranton Prep Cavaliers football team scored a nice 50-21 triumph over the Abington Heights Comets.
With the triumph, Scranton Prep improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to North Pocono (Covington Township, PA) to face the Trojans in a Lackawanna 1 bout on Friday, October 13. The Trojans enter the bout with a record of 3-4. North Pocono won 28-14 in their recent league bout against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA)
The Comets (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Knights enter the Lackawanna 1 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Scranton was toppled by Valley View (Archbald, PA), 20-6, in a league bout.
