The Anderson County Bearcats football team (Lawrenceburg, KY), was knocked off 14-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host East Jessamine Jaguars (Nicholasville, KY)
The Jaguars (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Colts come into the 5A District 7 challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, West Jessamine knocked off Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY), 20-14, in a league challenge.
The Bearcats now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collins for a 5A District 5 challenge on Friday, October 13. Anderson County will meet a Titans team coming off a 41-14 league loss to Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Titans record now stands at 5-3.
