    • Ohio High School Football - Anthony Wayne routs Springfield

    The Anthony Wayne Generals football squad scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Springfield Blue Devils to 6 in the Generals league victory on Friday.

    The Generals now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northview for a Northern Lakes - Buckeye battle on Friday, October 13. Anthony Wayne will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 42-0 league loss to Whitmer (Toledo, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-6.

    Coming up next, the Blue Devils face the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets (Perrysburg, OH) in a Northern Lakes - Buckeye battle, on Friday, October 13. Springfield will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the battle with a 6-2 record after their 42-35 league loss to Findlay (Findlay, OH).
