The Barton Bears football squad scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Manila Lions to 26 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.

The Bears now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Drew Central for a 3A Region 6 battle on Friday, October 13. Barton will face a Pirates squad coming off a 52-8 league win over Lakeside (Lake Village, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 2-5.
