The Central Springs Panthers football team (Manly, IA), was ripped 47-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Sumner-Fredericksburg Cougars (Sumner, IA)
The Cougars (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Falcons come into the 1A District 3 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Aplington-Parkersburg was ripped by Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA), 41-8, in a league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host MFL MarMac for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 13.
