South Carolina High School Football - Clover overwhelms Spring Valley

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) and the visiting Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC), observed Clover's football squad bounce Spring Valley by a count of 48-0.

The Blue Eagles now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Blythewood for a AAAAA Region 3 contest on Friday, October 13. Clover will play a Bengals squad coming off a 34-28 league loss to Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Bengals record now stands at 3-4.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 contest, on Friday, October 13. Spring Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 52-26 league loss to Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC).
