In Friday's league match, the host Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles football squad scored a good 44-32 victory over the Newark/Marion .

In their next game, the Golden Eagles clash with the Waterloo Tigers (Waterloo, NY) in a Section 5 Wayne-Finger Lakes - East match, on Friday, October 13.
