The Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH) football edged the host ConVal Cougars (Peterborough, NH), 12-8 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Knights face the Stevens Cardinals (Claremont, NH) in a Division III bout, on Friday, October 13. Kingswood will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 27-16 league loss to Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH).
The Cougars (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Campbell (Litchfield, NH). The enter the Division III bout with a 5-0 record. In their last bout, Campbell nudged Monadnock (East Swanzey, NH), 37-6, in a league bout.
