Nevada High School Football - McQueen topples Damonte Ranch

October 6, 2023: Reno, NV 89521

The McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) football defeated the host Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV), 19-6 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Lancers face the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a 5A Division II Northern bout, on Friday, October 13. McQueen will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 4-4 record after their 16-14 league win over Reno (Reno, NV).

The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Reed (Sparks, NV). The Raiders enter the 5A Division II Northern bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Reed was toppled by Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV), 45-0, in a league bout.
