Nebraska High School Football - Lakeview drops to Douglas County West

October 6, 2023: Valley, NE 68064

In Friday's league challenge, the Douglas County West Falcon (Valley, NE) football team prevailed the visiting Lakeview Vikings (Columbus, NE), by a score of 28-17.

The Falcon (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wahoo (Wahoo, NE). The Warriors come into the C1 District 3 challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Wahoo achieved victory over Scotus (Columbus, NE), 32-0, in a league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arlington for a C1 District 3 challenge on Friday, October 13. Lakeview will meet a Eagles team coming off a 21-12 league loss to Schuyler (Schuyler, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.
