Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA), 56-3 in a league test.

With the win, Lumpkin County improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Indians host White County (Cleveland, GA) to confront the Warriors in a AAA Region 7 test on Friday, October 20. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 3-3.

With the loss, Gilmer moves to 4-3 on the season. The Bobcats host Pickens (Jasper, GA) to confront the Dragons in a AAA Region 7 test on Friday, October 13. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 1-5. Pickens lost 42-7 in their recent league test against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA)
