The Hunterdon Central Red Devils football team (Flemington, NJ), was tipped 19-13 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ)

The Raiders (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Somerville (Somerville, NJ). The Pioneers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Somerville was tipped by Westfield (Westfield, NJ), 31-29, in a league challenge.

The Red Devils now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 13. Hunterdon Central will meet a Warriors team coming off a 35-6 league loss to Sayreville (Parlin, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 2-5.
