Alabama High School Football - Plainview drops to Hokes Bluff

In Friday's league game, the Hokes Bluff Eagles (Hokes Bluff, AL) football team knocked off the host Plainview Bears (Rainsville, AL), by a final score of 28-14.

The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL). The Indians come into the 3A Region 6 game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Ohatchee was dropped by Geraldine (Geraldine, AL), 55-6, in a league game.

The Bears now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sylvania for a 3A Region 6 game on Friday, October 13. Plainview will battle a Rams team coming off a 56-21 league win over Glencoe (Glencoe, AL). The Rams record now stands at 5-1.
