The J.L. Mann Patriots football team (Greenville, SC), was beaten 58-35 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets (Anderson, SC)
The Yellow Jackets (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC). The Rams come into the AAAAA Region 1 challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Hillcrest achieved victory over Woodmont (Piedmont, SC), 17-12, in a league challenge.
The Patriots now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mauldin for a AAAAA Region 1 challenge on Friday, October 13. J.L. Mann will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 26-12 non-league loss to Dorman (Roebuck, SC). The Mavericks record now stands at 0-7.
