In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Reed City Coyotes football squad scored a big 40-6 victory over the Kent City Eagles.
In their next game, the Coyotes clash with the Grant Tigers (Grant, MI) in a Central State - Gold match, on Friday, October 13. Reed City will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 1-6 record after their 48-0 league loss to Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI).
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Kalkaska (Kalkaska, MI). The Blazers enter the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Kalkaska was crushed by Grayling (Grayling, MI), 46-6, in a non-league match.
