Nebraska High School Football - Mead trounces Omaha Christian Academy

October 6, 2023: Omaha, NE 68134

In Friday's league match, the visiting Mead Raiders football squad scored a big 52-8 victory over the Omaha Christian Academy Eagles.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Conestoga Cougars (Murray, NE) in a D1 District 1 (8 Man) match, on Friday, October 13. Mead will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 71-18 league win over Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE).

The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE). The Indians enter the D1 District 1 (8 Man) match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Weeping Water routed Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE), 20-6, in a league match.
