Watertown Arrows (Watertown, SD) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Mitchell Kernels (Mitchell, SD), 42-7 in a league test.

With the win, Watertown improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Arrows travel to Spearfish (Spearfish, SD) to confront the Spartans in a non-league test on Friday, October 13. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 4-3. Spearfish lost 62-13 in their recent non-league test against Tea (Tea, SD)

With the loss, Mitchell moves to 1-6 on the season. The Kernels travel to Huron (Huron, SD) to confront the Tigers in a Eastern South Dakota - AA test on Friday, October 13. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 3-4. Huron lost 35-0 in their recent league test against Riggs (Pierre, SD)
