The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Salome Frogs (Salome, AZ) and the visiting Mohave Accelerated Patriots (Bullhead City, AZ), observed Salome's football squad bounce Mohave Accelerated by a count of 68-26.

The Frogs now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Anthem Prep for a 1A West (8 Man) contest on Friday, October 13. Salome will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 57-0 league loss to Bagdad (Bagdad, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.

Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Tempe Prep Knights (Tempe, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 13. Mohave Accelerated will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 0-7 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to El Capitan/Centennial Academy (Colorado City, AZ).
