In their next game, the Trojans face the Salamanca Warriors (Salamanca, NY) in a Section 6 C - South bout, on Friday, October 13. Southwestern will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 37-6 non-league loss to Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama (Clymer, NY).

The Black Knights (0-6) will now prepare for their bout against Fredonia (Fredonia, NY). The Hillbillies enter the Section 6 C - South bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Fredonia defeated Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Brocton (Mayville, NY), 42-13, in a league bout.
