The Nazareth Academy Roadrunners football team (LaGrange Park, IL), was knocked off 28-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Brother Rice Crusaders (Chicago, IL)

The Crusaders (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL). The Broncos come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Montini Catholic was knocked off by Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL), 19-6, in a league challenge.

The Roadrunners now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marian Catholic for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 13. Nazareth Academy will meet a Spartans team coming off a 18-13 non-league loss to Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 3-4.
